Welcome to InvestPool. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, courses, community forum, and investment vault services.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using InvestPool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Are
InvestPool is a private investment club community. We provide educational content (the “Course”) and access to a managed DeFi investment vault (the “Vault”).

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Your use of cryptocurrencies and our services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- You understand and accept the high risks associated with DeFi investments and cryptocurrency markets.
We do not knowingly accept users under 18. If we become aware of any such user, their account will be terminated immediately.
3. The Course and Access Fee
3.1 Free Modules
Modules 1, 2, and 3 of the Course are provided free of charge. You may access them without registration.
3.2 Refundable Access Fee
To access Module 4, the private forum, and the Vault, you must pay a one-time refundable fee of 10 USDC or USDT (the “Access Fee”).
3.3 Refund Condition
The 10 Access Fee is fully refundable after you have maintained a minimum investment of 100 USDC/USDT in the Vault for 30 consecutive days. The refund will be credited to your TeraWallet (internal wallet).
3.4 No Refund If You Do Not Invest
If you pay the Access Fee but choose not to invest in the Vault, the fee is non-refundable. It covers the cost of your access to the final course content and the time spent on manual account creation and verification.
4. The Vault Investment Model
4.1 Quota System
Investments in the Vault are tracked using a quota system:
- Mini-quota: 100 USDC/USDT
- Full quota: 1000 USDC/USDT
- You may invest any amount, and your holdings will be tracked as accumulated mini-quotas and full quotas.
4.2 Deposits
All deposits must be sent to the Vault address provided in your personal dashboard. Deposits are verified manually using the Transaction ID (TXID) you submit. Verification may take a few hours. We do not accept deposits sent directly from centralized exchanges (CEX) due to potential delays and restrictions; please use a private wallet (e.g., Rabby, MetaMask).
4.3 Withdrawals
You may withdraw your invested capital at any time by submitting a request through your dashboard. Withdrawals are processed manually and may take a few hours. There are no penalties for withdrawal.
4.4 Profits
Weekly profits are calculated and credited directly to your TeraWallet (internal wallet). You may withdraw these profits to your private wallet at any time by submitting a request. Withdrawn profits are sent to the wallet address you have saved in your profile.
4.5 Reinvestment
You may reinvest by purchasing additional quotas. The process is the same as for an initial deposit.
5. Your Account and Wallet
5.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which is mandatory for all users.
5.2 Wallet Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your private wallet and its seed phrase. InvestPool will never ask for your seed phrase. We cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or lost due to your negligence.
5.3 TeraWallet (Internal Wallet)
The TeraWallet on our site is used to display your balance of accrued profits. It is not a cryptocurrency wallet and does not hold private keys. Transfers between user wallets are disabled.
6. Community and Forum
6.1 Private Forum
Access to the private forum is granted after payment of the Access Fee. The forum is intended for respectful discussion and mutual support.
6.2 Rules of Conduct
When using the forum, you agree not to:
- Post offensive, abusive, or harassing content.
- Promote other projects, services, or tokens without prior approval.
- Share financial advice presented as fact.
- Engage in FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) or spread misinformation.
We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend or ban users who violate these rules.
7. Fees and Costs
7.1 Performance Fee
A performance fee may be charged on profits. This fee will be clearly communicated in advance and is never deducted from your principal.
7.2 Network Fees (Gas)
You are responsible for any blockchain network fees (gas) incurred when sending funds to us or withdrawing funds from your private wallet. We cover network fees when we move funds internally as part of Vault management.
7.3 No Hidden Fees
There are no monthly maintenance fees, withdrawal penalties, or other hidden charges.
8. Risks and Disclaimer
8.1 High Risk Investment
Investing in DeFi and cryptocurrency involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
8.2 Impermanent Loss
Providing liquidity to pools carries the risk of impermanent loss. You acknowledge that you have understood this risk through our course materials.
8.3 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific return on your investment. Market conditions, protocol risks, and other factors may result in losses.
8.4 No Financial Advice
All information provided on this website, in the Course, and in the forum is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
8.5 Third-Party Protocols
The Vault interacts with third-party protocols (e.g., Aave, Uniswap, PancakeSwap). While we choose protocols with strong track records, we are not responsible for any losses resulting from exploits, bugs, or failures of these protocols.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestPool and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
